Für unsere anspruchsvollen Projekte suchen wir eine/n Produzent/in (m/w/d), der/die sowohl kreativ, organisiert und kommunikativ ist, als auch eine hohe Social-Media-(Beratungs-)Kompetenz aufweist. Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen!

Der Berufsalltag

Als Produzent/in gestaltet sich Dein Arbeitsalltag abwechslungsreich: Je nach Projekt- und Auftragslage bist Du einerseits unterwegs auf Dreharbeiten, führst Regie und bist in Absprache mit dem Kunden, andererseits bist Du im Büro am Schreibtisch, wo Du Projekte planst und leitest, sowie die Postproduktion lenkst.

Im Detail wirst Du diese Dinge tun:

  • Eigenständige Projektleitung von b2b-Film- und Videoproduktionen
  • Kund/innen-Kommunikation vor Ort, telefonisch und per Mail vom Erstgespräch bis zur Übergabe der fertigen Produktion auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Steuerung, Planung, Beauftragung und Überwachung von allen audiovisuellen Produktionsschritten:
    • Idee, Kreativ-Konzeption
    • Dramaturgische Konzeption und Texterstellung / Storyboard-Erstellung
    • Planung und Angebotserstellung
    • Casting und Booking von Schauspielern, Komparsen, Locations und Requisiten
    • Dispo-Erstellung
    • Erstellung und Steuerung von Projektteams aus internen und externen Mitarbeiter/innen
    • Steuerung und Verantwortung vor Ort am Set
    • Media Handling (Rohmaterial, Bilddaten, CAD- und 3D-Daten, Audio, etc.)
    • Briefing und Steuerung der Postproduktion
    • Überwachung der angebotenen Produktionszeiten
    • Abstimmung der Korrekturschleifen mit Kund/innen
    • Beratung, Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Video-Kampagnen
    • Übergabe und Abschluss der fertigen Produktion
    • Steuerung und Überwachung von Live-Produktionen und Web-Streaming
    • Implementierung neuer Trends und Ideen in der audiovisuellen Kommunikation
    • Bei persönlichen Fähigkeiten auf oben genannten Gebieten (Dreh, Schnitt, Grafik etc.), gelegentliche eigenständige Umsetzung
Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst

Zudem bringst Du im besten Fall noch diese Soft und Hard Skills mit:

We at Comeback Unternehmensfilm GmbH are an established medium-sized film production company that realizes individual moving image projects in b2b communication.

We cover all services from the idea to the development, organization, shooting and production, editing, graphic design, animation and visual effects, as well as distribution and rights management comprehensively and with a high level of professionalism. In the region around Karlsruhe, Comeback Unternehmensfilm GmbH is one of the largest production companies in the b2b segment. Our clients are market leaders in their fields and are located regionally, in Germany and worldwide.

For our challenging projects, we are looking for a producer (m/f/d) who is creative, organized and communicative, as well as having a high level of social media (consulting) expertise. Career starters are welcome!

The daily work routine

As a producer, your everyday working life will be varied: depending on the project and job schedule, you will be out and about on shoots, directing and in consultation with the client, but you will also be at your desk in the office planning and managing projects and directing post-production.

In detail these would be your responsibilities:

  • Independent project management of b2b film and video productions
  • Customer communication on the spot, by phone and by email from the initial meeting to the handover of the finished production in German and English
  • Management, planning, commissioning and monitoring of all audiovisual production steps:
    • Idea, creative conception
    • Dramaturgical conception and text creation / storyboard creation
    • Planning and quotation preparation
    • Casting and booking of actors, extras, locations and props
    • Dispo creation
    • Creation and management of project teams made up of internal and external employees
    • On-set management and responsibility
    • Media handling (raw material, image data, CAD and 3D data, audio, etc.)
    • Briefing and management of post-production
    • Monitoring the production times offered
    • Coordination of correction loops with clients
    • Consulting, planning and realization of social media video campaigns
    • Handover and finalization of the finished production
    • Control and monitoring of live broadcasts and web streaming
    • Implementing new trends and ideas in audiovisual communication
    • With personal skills in the above-mentioned areas (shooting, editing, graphics, etc.), occasional self-dependent realization
What you bring along
